A 15 Years Old Girl Rapped by Teenagers

No Rape
Again a 15 years old minor girl is allegedly gang-raped in Deendayal Upadhyay Nagar by teenagers area in the state capital. According to the police, when the girl was returning from the school to home the four accused abducted her and gang-raped on 17th July (Saturday).

Thereafter the victim lodged a complaint with the DD Nagar police station alleging that she was gang-raped. The four accused have been identified as Rakesh Kumar (18), Vijay Kumar Verma (20) and their two minor accomplices are all residents of the same locality.

The girl told police that she was taken to a isolated place by the boys and there they raped her. The medical examination of the girl has confirmed the allegations  and the Police arrested the accused on 21st July (Sunday). Police said that the further investigation is going on.

Friends, its a relief that the accused was arrested and the girl may get a fair justice. But whats making me sad most is the ages of the accused. Have you seen the ages of the accused? One is 18 years, one is 20 years and other two is much less minor! Can you believe this!? Where is our generation going? The teenagers are involving in such rape cases! This never means that I am saying that the mature one can do this. I am just saying how the minds of the teenagers are changing.

Now, I think it's the time when we should seriously think about this matter. We should think why the mentalities of people are going down. And another most important question is 'Do these worst minded people have no fear doing such?'

I think the main reason behind this is our law system. Our law system does not punish the under eighteen accused for any kind of crime. And this is the reason that the teenagers become fearless in doing any crime. In the case of Damini in Delhi (16 December 2012) the main accused was under eighteen for which our system cannot punish him yet or I think will can't if there would no change in our law.

Of course we show sympathy to the child, I also admit it. But if a child can rape a girl, kidnap a girl than we should think about the maturity of the mind of the child. I don't understand why should we show any kind of sympathy with a rapist whether mature or immature!?

Friends, I think a rapist must be punished to death whether he  is mature or immature, as a raped girl lost everything, she lost her self respect. In most of the cases the rapped girl is killed or die at the time of treatment but if she survive than she has to live with shy whole of her life in our society. Rape is much than the murder and the rapist must be hanged till death. Its my wish.

The Accused of Kanchan Rape and Murder Case are Sentenced to Death

After a long time Kanchan get justice. Friends, Kanchan Meshram was a 19 years old girl who was raped and murdered in a gruesome manner on 18 December, 2005. After 7 and half years later on 28th June, 2013 the two accused  Rakesh Kamble (25), a resident of Gaurakshan Slums in Wardha, and Amarsing Thakur (27), from Bajrang Nagar in city were sentenced to death by the district and session court.

Kanchan lived in Lonara Slums in Kalmeshwar with her parents and brother. She had always been teased by the two accused on the road. Then before a few days of the incident Kanchan rapped Rakesh for indecent behaviour and thrown a slipper at him. Rakesh got enraged and decided to teach her a lesson. Then at about 3 a.m. Rakesh barged into the small hut of the girl with Amarsingh when she was sleeping with her parents and brother. They both were armed with knives and a country-made revolver.

Kanchan's mother sensing trouble, signaled her to run away. She ran to her uncle's house and took shelter under the bed. But she couldn't save herself. Both the goons even went to her uncle's house and entered by breaking open the front door and dragged her out. Her parents and the villagers tried their best to stop them but in front of the revolver they could not do anything. The goons took her away and her parents and the villagers were just watched helplessly.

The story is looking like a bollywood movie, where the hero comes now and bring back the girl safely fighting with the villains. But friends, sad to say that it was not a bollywood movie, it was a real story and there no hero came to save the girl. Next morning, her naked body was found at a nearby farm with 14 injuries, including stab marks and scratches on her private parts. Her blood stained clothes were lying all over the farm and blood was found splattered at many places, providing ample testimony of the spine chilling torment she underwent. The post mortem report confirmed her rape and murder.

After committing the crime, the two accused fled away to unknown place. Then after six months Rakesh was arrested at Khamgaon in Buldhana on June 6, 2006 by the police. However the other one Amarsing was arrested after five years by the Gwalior police for some other offense and was brought to the city for this case.

Looking at the past criminal record of the accused duo, including fleeing from police custody and the citing testimony of 19 witnesses, including the girl's parents, brother and other villagers, the third district and sessions judge Vibha Ingle had no hesitation in putting the dastardly act under "rarest of rare" category. "They be hanged by neck till dead," the court mentioned while reading out an operative order in the packed courtroom.

Apart from the capital punishment, the duo was awarded lifer for gang rape, 20 years rigorous imprisonment for kidnapping for murder and another 10 years for criminal intimidation and trespassing into house at night. They were also fined Rs 22,000 on various counts. All the jail terms will run concurrently, the court ordered.

Feeling sad for the girl but I want to thank the God as the criminals got punished for the sin.

I Will Bring the Black Money of India Back

Most of the leaders are seen saying this line in many occasions that they are trying to bring the black money of India bank in India for the people of India. Leaders make believe the common people that by bringing the black money they are going to develop India as one of the powerful and developed country in the world. Every time they shows some figures that how much black money of India is in the foreign banks are deposited and they also declares that most of the black money is deposited by the political leaders of India. From their speech and promises the common people begin to see the daydream that this time they will be able to live a better life, this time they will get food two times a day.

But I don't understand what happened after that declarations what happened after that promises. After a few days people begin to forget their daydreams, after a few days people begin to forget the promises of the leaders, they become busy in their daily activities as the action of the promises are still limited in their promises. Then after a few days again someone another leader comes and says the same lines just adding some much spice. Now people thinks that the previous one might be fake but this one is our real leader and he or she will definitely do something for us. People claps, people cheers with the shouts of the leaders.

But the fun thing is that again after a few days people wake up from the daydream as the previous one. And these things continues. I really don't know friends, when there will some leaders come who can do something for us rather than the promises. I remember, once I read somewhere that in the Swiss Bank most of the foreign money is deposited by the Indian people. Friends, just think if there will a day come when a leader will really bring back the black money in India, how will our country be developed! How we will get a better lifestyle! But still that they we have to accept the truth that its far away to see a better day for the common people of India.

Kedarnath Disaster is a Manmade Disaster

The big example of the line 'as you saw so you reap' is Kedarnath disaster. People can say it is a natural disaster but what do you think!? Is it nature's own made disaster? No, at least I don't think that it's natural. I believe that it is man made disaster. Many of you who is reading this post may not agree on this. So, please read the next few lines and decide yourself that who is responsible for this.

Kedarnath: Before and After Disaster

People always used to play with nature but never think that if nature play a small game with us than what can be happened. The Kedarnath is one of the example of this. The age of Kedarnath is unknown to us. According to the Hindu mythology the temple is standing here since the period of Mahabharata. By that time, the temple was standing almost alone waiting only for the devotees. The temple was made in such a way that the nature had dug two lines for water to flow down whenever water comes from the peaks surrounded by Kedarnath itself. For a long period the temple and its surroundings have been facing so many disaster but what happened this time!? Why the place cant save itself this time from this rain!? Just because of our social development and evolution. As the Kedarnath is a historical place and so many people visit the place every year. People and the Government begin to think of earning profit from this place. Therefore many infrastructures have begun to rise and by these the natural surroundings have been destroyed.  Due to these unplanned development, the two river beds besides Kedarnath have been filled gradually every year including the low lands. Therefore the natural way of flowing the rainwater that comes from the peaks has been obstructed. We left no way to the rainwater that can flow naturally in its way and the river had no option left without flooding the area. So, I think you will agree with me that the Kedarnath disaster is not a natural disaster instead its a man made disaster and we are solely responsible for what has happened there, we the people are responsible for the lives that has been lost.

Friends, we are just running after the development day by day even not giving a little attention that how the development is ruining the nature. We are destroying the nature in the name of development of society; we are making big buildings but not seeding a tree which holds the environment. What development is this friend which is taking us to the end !?

So, now its our turn to think again about the real development and take some steps to save the nature to save ourselves.

So Many Jiah Khan Is Dying Everyday In Our Society

I think none of us who is reading this post knows a little about bollywood without knowing the Jiah Khan suicide case. Jiah Khan had committed suicide due to depression or for the negligence of him whom she loved so much. The news that come out from the police investigation that Jiah had left a suicide note where she blamed Sooraj Pancholi for her death. However she didn't mentioned the name of Sooraj Pancholi's name in the letter but the text messages and the call list of her mobile has revealed everything to the police. Lets have a look what was written in the note.

Jiah's suicide note:
“I don’t know how to say this to you but I might as well now as I have nothing to lose. I’ve already lost everything. If you’re reading this I might have already left or about to leave. I am broken inside. You may not have known this but you affected me deeply to a point where I lost myself in loving you. Yet you tortured me everyday. These days I see no light I wake up not wanting to wake up. There was a time I saw my life with you, a future with you. But you shattered my dreams. I feel dead inside. I’ve never given so much of myself to someone or cared so much. You returned my love with cheating and lies. It didn’t matter how many gifts I gave you or how beautiful I looked for you. I was scared of getting pregnant but I gave myself completely the pain you have caused me everyday has destroyed every bit of me, destroyed my soul. I can’t eat or sleep or think or function. I am running away from everything. The career is not even worth it anymore. When I first met you I was driven, ambitious and disciplined. Then I fell for you, a love I thought would bring out the best in me. I don’t know why destiny brought us together. After all the pain, the rape, the abuse, the torture I have seen previously I didn’t deserve this. I didn’t see any love or commitment from you. I just became increasingly scared that you would hurt me mentally or physically. Your life was about partying and women. Mine was you and my work. If I stay here I will crave you and miss you. So I am kissing my 10-year career and dreams goodbye. I never told you but I received a message about you. About you cheating on me. I chose to ignore it, decided to trust you. You embarrassed me. I never went out, I never went with anyone else. I am a loyal person. I never met anyone with Karthik I just wanted you to feel how you make me feel constantly. No other woman will give you as much as I did or love you as much as I did. I can write that in my blood. Things were looking up for me here, but is it worth it when you constantly feel the pain of heartbreak when the person you love wants to abuse you or threatens o hit you or cheats on you telling other girls they are beautiful or throws you out of their house when you have no where to go and you’ve come to them out of love or when they lie to your face or they make you chase after them in their car. Or disrespects their family. You never even met my sister. I bought your sister presents. You tore my soul. I have no reason to breathe anymore. All I wanted was love. I did everything for you. I was working for us. But you were never my partner. My future is destroyed my happiness snatched away from me. I always wished the best for you, was ready to invest what little money I had in your betterment. You never appreciated my love, Kicked me in the face. I have no confidence or self esteem left, whatever talent whatever ambition you took it all away. You destroyed my life. It hurt me so much that I waited for you for ten days and you didn’t bother buying me something. The Goa trip was my birthday present but even after you cheated I still spent on you. I aborted our baby when it hurt me deeply. You destroyed my Christmas and my birthday dinner when I came back. When I tried my hardest to make your birthday special. You chose to be away from me on Valentines Day. You promised me once we made it to one year we would get engaged. All you want in life is partying, your women and your selfish motives. All I wanted was you and my happiness you took both away from me. I spent money on you selflessly you would throw in my face. When I would cry for you. I have nothing left in this world to live for after this. I wish you had loved me like I loved you. I dreamt of our future. I dreamt of our success. I leave this place with nothing but broken dreams and empty promises. All I want now is to go to sleep and never wake up again. I am nothing. I had everything. I felt so alone even while with you. You made me feel alone and vulnerable. I am so much more than this.”

This letter is describing that how a star was suffering in her life which she couldn't tolerate for long and hanged herself. She was being harassed by her boyfriend who was in police custody now. We all know this but why then I am writing on this matter!? I am writing about this matter just because to let you think that there are so many Jiah is dying everyday in our society but we don't know just their name! The word 'LOVE' is no longer just for love, these days the LOVE is for using others, sex etc. People are being destroyed by this word every minute whether it is girl or boy. I am not saying that love is bad but the way we begin to feel the love is not the way. I just want to say, please don't destroy LOVE, please don't use other on the name of love and please don't be used. Because we even don't hear about the Jiah Khans of our society who is not a star.

Love but live safe.

Here I am attaching two pages of the original suicide note of Jiah Khan:

Is Advani Just A Power Seeker?

Lal Krishna Advani, the name that is taking most of the place of media for a few days. I also wish to share my feeling about this person in my blog. Mr. Advani and Mr. Vajpayee the main persons behind the formation of BJP and also the NDA (National Democratic Alliance). Personally I respect both of them very much. Mr. Vajpayee is about out of direct politics for a long time but Advani was still holding the hand of BJP and NDA just before making Mr. Narendra Modi, the chairman of poll campaign of BJP for 2014.

L. K. Advani
For a few days when most of the BJP leaders are supporting Narendra Modi for the future of BJP it was seen that Advani could not take it from heart. And that's why he gave resignation from three of the big posts of BJP. In his letter he wrote that BJP is no more the same idealistic party created by Dr Mookerji, Pandit Deendayalji, Nanaji and Vajpayeeji, whose sole concern was the country, and its people, he also said that most leaders of BJP are now concerned just with their personal agendas.

It was unbelievable and shocking for everyone that Advani can say like this for the party! The words that Advani used in his letter has stuck the BJP very much when for the Congress, these words came as the blessing for the party in this crucial position when the people of India became fade up from congress for their activities. The opposition has got a strong point to blame the BJP and down them in the poll.

I just wonder what Advani has done and why! What he really wants? Does he is one of those persons who is just power seeking? If it is, then I will wish to withdraw my all respect from him. If it is not, then why has he done this? As a leader if he had any problem with the activities he must discuss it with the others inside the party and should find out some solution. But not, he gave run out from his duty and gave the registration in such a way that the opposition can rise and his own party fall.

What I see in his resignation that he wanted the post that was given to Narendra Modi but he should not do this as a great leader of BJP. Advani should support Modi for the future, Advani should know that party has to go ahead with new and young leaders. But I feel very sorry for his action as everyone. At last what I conclude that he has ruined the BJP. How much he did for the party is all have gone in vain for his such words in the resignation letter.

Hope he returns in the party and help Modi to make the Party stronger.

Damini Has Gone But Still Nothing Is Changed

16 Dec, 2012 one of the blackest day, not only for India but for the whole humanity. Friends, the incident that happened in Delihi on that day has given us such a shock that I thought it would change not only our system but also the criminal mind of such people who get involved in these cases. But yet, what I see that nothing is changed just without some paper and pen works. Damini had left us with so many pains but still nothing is changed and we are waiting for another so many Damini for the change.

When I wake up in the morning and switch on the news channel, there are so many types of news presentation comes like '500 Seconds', 'News Headlines', News Superfast' etc etc. but the common thing is that in every news channel I see there are so many such case is happening like Damini. We the people who believe that it will ended up one day are starting to believe that it won't be ended and these types of news are just like the entertainment news which some people enjoy, some feel sad and some don't want to watch.

I remember the days after the incident happened, so many people come out for protest, so many people come out for justice. From Delhi to the US it made the sound. The Hon' President of India Sh. Pranab Mukharjee honoured her with the name 'Spirit of Nirbhaya' and the 'Rani Lakshmibai Award' for 2012, The US Government honoured her with 'International Women of Courage Award'.

At the State Department function held to honour women from across the globe with the prestigious International Women of Courage Award the US Secretary of State, John Kerry said, "Her bravery inspired millions of women and men to come together with a simple message: No more. No more looking the other way when gender-based violence happens. No more stigma against victims or survivors."

Damini got so much sympathy and support with a hope that it might change the Indian women's life. But it's so much painful for us that the Government yet cannot change anything that the women can feel safe. Yet they are living such a life where they can't say that they are safe in their own house!

Damini has gone with so much pain which cannot wake up the Government to make safe the women. Everyday there are so many DAMINI is being raped or sexually harassed but we the people are busy in our own works and the Ministers who are sitting in the chairs are busy in save their SEATs instead of saving the dignity of women as well as the country. I don't know how many Damini do we need to change these all. Do you know!?

Should We Really Show Any Sympathy for the Fixers in Sports?

Should we really show any sympathy for the fixers in sports when their is a touch of our heart in it. Are the players not doing crime by playing with our heart and with the nation!? What punishment will be enough for them to do this! I think it should be more than the 'LIFE BANN'. Is it funny, when we are watching a game and our heartbeats become higher about the result, then next morning we come to know that the match was fixed?

First of all, I wonder how the cricketers get involved in fixing! When the cricket is called the gentlemen game. Is it the gentlemen action!? Starting from the Saleem Malik, the first cricketer that banned for lifetime and sent to jail for offering bribe, many others have been punished for the match fixing and the list is growing day by day who are just playing for the money and not for the team or country.

It can be understood that some young and new players have been involved in the fixing as they are not matured enough but it's typical to understand that why the senior players get involved in these and how they can do this! All the players struggles for years to gain a place in the team, then they stood as the representatives of the nation with their hard work. They should feel proud but some of the players forget everything in-front of some easy money.

I found that many of peoples say that what can the players do when they get the threaten from the bookies and therefore they must be considered but I think it's worst thinking that players are involving in fixing for the fear of underworld. Some of us may have some sympathy with the fixers that they might be forced to do such by the underworld. But have you thought about the players who haven't been involved in these types of activity. Of course the underworld dons might have given threaten to the players but the big question is, "Why the players haven't share this with their seniors, police or anyone who could help them?" You may think now that they couldn't trust the police when it came to the threaten of their life. But don't you think that they could talk to their senior players at any time!!? But no! they haven't. They just have seen the money.

I agree that the bookies may threaten them but if it would be the only reason then why the bookies couldn't think about the other players who are much better than them? why can't they approach or threaten them? The reason is that they first gather information about the character of the players, they gather every information related to the player then they decide whether the player is buyable or not. So, friends we should have sympathy but not for them who sell themselves just for a little money.

I think, not only in cricket, but in every game or sports if a player found to be guilty for fixing or taking bribes he or she must be punished hard that the next generation will think thousands of time before doing such.

Friends, I would like to know what you think!
